01 What document is required to rent a storage unit?
Government issued ID such as Driver’s License or Passport
02 What is required to rent Outside Parking Spaces?
Government-issued ID, Copy of title or registration in account holders name, Proof of Insurance, Pictures from all 4 sides of vehicle. If it’s a motorized vehicle it will need to be running and drivable.
03 Can ammunition be stored?
No. Ammunition and any explosives or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited in all storage units.
04 Are lithium batteries allowed in storage units?
Lithium batteries are generally not allowed due to fire risk. Please contact the facility manager to discuss specific items.
05 What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Some locations may also accept checks or ACH bank transfers.
06 What are your gate access hours?
Most facilities offer gate access from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Please check your specific location for exact times.
07 What are my options to rent or reserve a unit, or make payment?
You can rent or reserve a unit online, over the phone, or in person. Payments can be made through our secure online portal, by phone, or at your local facility.
08 Do you require coverage?
Yes, coverage is required for all tenants. You may use your own policy or purchase an affordable protection plan through us.
09 What's the process to vacate a unit I no longer need?
Please provide at least 10 days’ notice before your intended move-out date. Remove all items, sweep the unit clean, and notify the office once you’re finished.
10 Should I put my name and my partner’s name on the rental agreement?
Only one name needed on the rental agreement
11 Can we use any type of lock?
We require tenants to use disc locks or cylinder locks for maximum security. These are available for purchase at our facilities.
12 Can flammable material or chemical waste be stored in the storage?
No. Storing flammable, combustible, or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
