Tammy is awesome! I sold my home in May 2023 and have now been using their storage for almost 6 months. My belongings are very important to me and with them it feels safe! I got a text this morning because during their lock check, Tammy noticed my unit was locked OPEN! I was able to head over there, no items were missing and I could correct the lock. I don't know another storage facility that would personally text you in a situation such as this.
As other reviews have said, Tammy is awesome! Truly the reason for giving a 5 star review! The size I wanted wasn't available now, and she could have easily turned me away... Instead, she went the extra mile and found that the size I wanted would be available soon, so she let me pro rate a larger size until I could move my stuff into the smaller size. As for the facility itself, it seems very clean and secure and the price for the size is comparable, if not better than others, especially given Tammy's attention to great service!!!
